Dr. Yauheni Preiherman is a foreign policy and security analyst based in Belarus. He is the founder and director of the Minsk Dialogue Council on International Relations. He is also a co-chair of the Younger Generation Leaders Network on Euro-Atlantic Security (YGLN) and an advisory board member at the International Institute for Peace (Austria).
