Keith Hand
Keith Hand is an Associate Professor of Law at the University of California, Hastings College of the Law. Prior to joining the UC Hastings faculty, he served as Beijing Director and Senior Fellow at the Yale Law School China Law Center and as Senior Counsel to the Congressional-Executive Commission on China. He is the author of “Resolving Constitutional Disputes in Contemporary China” (University of Pennsylvania East Asia Law Review, 2012).
