Dr. Jingdong Yuan is an associate professor at the Centre for International Security Studies, University of Sydney. His latest publication is “Beijing’s Balancing Act: Courting New Delhi, Reassuring Islamabad.” He previously served as Director of East Asia Nonproliferation Program at the James Martin Center for Nonproliferation Studies, Monterey Institute of International Studies.
