This report provides an overview of the People’s Liberation Army Air Force (PLAAF) aviation branch’s aviator recruitment, education, and training. Although the focus of the report is on the PLAAF, it also briefly addresses PLA Navy’s (PLAN) Naval Aviation branch and PLA ground force’s (PLAA) Army Aviation branch.
